Designed, built, and tested

This is where ideas become products. We define the project scope, set the essential requirements, and make the right calls on hardware, software, and components from the start. Through concept design, CAD engineering, and electronics integration, we develop alpha and beta prototypes that are functional, manufacturable, and tested against real performance requirements.

We do not hand off a concept and wish you luck. We stay in the process through verification batches, DFM and DFA optimization, and all testing required to meet the relevant norms and legislation, including CE approval.

Ready to manufacture

A great product that cannot be produced at scale is not a product yet. We manage the full industrialization process: supplier sourcing, bill of materials, first-off-tool parts, pilot batches, and quality inspection. On the digital side, we support UI development and help you set up the systems and procedures your manufacturing partner needs to produce consistently and confidently.
