This new European privacy legislation ensures that people have as much control as possible over their data, something we fully support at Superellipse. Although most information on this site is available without the need for you to provide personal data, it is possible that you may be asked for personal information. This information will only be used for customer management purposes.

Superellipse may collect anonymous or aggregated data of a non-personal nature, such as browser type or IP address, the operating system you use, or the domain name of the website from which you came to our website or through which you are leaving. This allows us to continuously optimize the user-friendliness and relevance of our website. Protecting your personal data is very important to Superellipse.

You can always request, modify, or delete your data by sending an email to privacy@superellipse.be. Data is only shared if you have explicitly given your consent. In that case, there will be an explicit question about it in the form.

How we use and process your information

This entry form has been posted by Superellipse bv. Superellipse, (“Superellipse”, “we,” or “us”), is an organization registered in Belgium (Borchtstraat 30, 2800 Mechelen) with enterprise number 0691752926. We are an innovation studio that, as part of its recruitment and/or marketing program, receives online entries. This privacy policy applies solely to our application and/or marketing process.

Is this voluntary?

Yes, this is entirely voluntary. You are free to decide whether or not you want to participate and what information you want to share with us. You can also stop your participation at any time during the application process.

If you participate, we will collect the information you provide by completing the online form. For this, we need your consent. You can withdraw your consent by not completing the form or by contacting us.

We may also collect certain 'analytics' about the hardware and software of your computer, such as your IP address, the type of device you use, the type of browser you use, the type of operating system, etc. These data are not linked to your personal information, are stored separately on secure servers, and are only used for quality control and to prevent multiple submissions of the same form by the same individuals.

How will we use the information you provide?

Your answers in the entry form will only be used within Superellipse’s hiring and/or marketing program. Your participation in this, along with your individual answers to the questions, will be kept strictly confidential by us. Possible insights will only consist of anonymous, statistical information, and we assure you that you will NOT be identifiable in the results. Your personal data will only be shared if you have explicitly given your approval. In that case, we will contact you personally for this. We can also assure you that the information you provide via this form will NOT be used for other purposes than the ones you consented with, nor will we sell your information to a third party.

How long keep the information you provide?

We will keep information that can personally identify you for a maximum of 1825 days after receiving your data. After that period, we will securely delete all identifying information and only retain any anonymous statistical data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if applicable financial/accounting legal provisions require that certain data be kept for a longer period, those provisions will take precedence. Where permitted, we will delete data that can personally identify you if you request it. How to do this is explained in the next section.

How can you access your information and/or improve it and/or request its deletion?

Your privacy is very important to us, and you have the right at any time to request, modify, or have us delete the personal data we have about you. You can always request, modify, or have your form entries deleted using the personal links at the bottom of your confirmation email or by sending an email to privacy@superellipse.be? Need any help?
