Understand why people do what they do

Behaviour does not change because you ask nicely or send a communication. It changes when the conditions are right. We start by mapping the psychological drivers, barriers, and decision patterns that shape how your customers or employees currently act, and what it would take to shift those patterns in a meaningful direction. That understanding is the foundation for any intervention worth designing.

Design the conditions for change

From choice architecture and habit formation to gamification, persuasive messaging, and interface nudging, we design the moments and mechanisms that make the desired behaviour easier, more intuitive, and more rewarding. Whether the goal is customer adoption, employee engagement, or a shift in organisational culture, we translate behavioural insight into concrete interventions across services, touchpoints, and communication.

Behavioural change is not a campaign. It is a system that needs to be validated, refined, and maintained over time. We run behavioural experiments and pilot programmes to measure what actually works, then build reinforcement systems that keep new habits alive beyond the initial push. And we do all of this responsibly: transparent about the methods we use, respectful of user autonomy, and mindful of the ethical boundaries of persuasion.
