With electronics that generate a lot of heat, efficient extraction of this heat is crucial for a reliable performance of this device. But when the device might be fully submerged at the same time, that’s easier said than done. Multiple iterations of FEA simulation and real life testing with prototypes in the heat cabinet, allowed us to create a robust design, optimized for mass production.
