Wound cleaning has long relied on gauze and swabs: effective, but often uncomfortable for the patient and inconsistent in result. Yarrow, founded by wound care specialist Kristof Balliu, set out to do it differently.

Our industrial designers and engineers developed a portable, rechargeable handpiece with a silicone brush head, built for consistent, gentle cleaning across home care, nursing homes, and hospitals. We took the device from concept through to industrialisation, then developed the Yarrow brand and packaging to match: clinical confidence with a human touch.

The result is a tool that makes wound cleaning faster and less painful for patients, while fitting naturally into the daily routine of caregivers.
