For many parents, finding childcare means navigating outdated city websites with incomplete information. For referral organisations like OCMW, it is even more complex.

Together with development partner Tactics, our UX designers researched the full landscape: parents, childcare providers, and referral workers. We visited people at home, spoke to both individual providers and larger childcare groups, and used those insights to improve on the existing feature set rather than rebuild from scratch.

The result is a white-label platform that makes searching, comparing, and booking childcare straightforward for parents and manageable for providers. Now live in Antwerp, Mechelen, and Turnhout.
