Dovre asked for something specific: a modern stove that still feels like a Dovre. Not a reinvention, but a thoughtful evolution of a Nordic icon.

Our industrial designers started with market research before touching a sketch. The decision to redesign the iconic Nordic model came out of that process, in close collaboration with Dovre. Cast iron guided the aesthetic from the start: its resistance to sharp angles became a design principle rather than a constraint, resulting in the graceful curves that define the Saga.

The collection scales across multiple models, from the 101 to the 301, all speaking the same design language. Technical integration with Dovre's 3-way air system was developed in close collaboration with their engineering team.
