Workplace design for Finvision, where the interior was reused. The glass partitions and wooden sliding doors from the old interior came back in the new design, completed with a few new materials where they were needed.

Our spatial designers then laid out the floor around how people work, not around who sits where. Fixed desks made way for touchdown spots and a clean desk policy. There is a lounge that works like a living room, places to sit and places to stand, each one suited to a different kind of task. Activity based working, as it is usually called. Or simply: the comfort of home, brought to the office.
